What is IRC?

IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat and is a fancy name for the standard real-time chat service of the internet. To use IRC, you need a special program such as mIRC or any one of the other free IRC clients that can be found floating about the internet.

The Troika-related IRC Channels can be found at:
Server: irc.gamesnet.net
Port: 6667

To connect to this channel with mIRC, you'll first need to add a Gamesnet server to the server list. This is done by clicking the Add button and then entering the server and port. After this is done, connect to this server, and enter the channel you want to join. Click Join, and you're chatting!

If using a "real" IRC client is somehow impractical for you, a java-based IRC client can be found here.

#Arcanum - For your Arcanum related questions.
#Greyhawk - For all Temple of Elemental Evil talk.
#Vampire - For Vampire Bloodlines discussion.
