My thanks for the answers to the Donn Throgg questions. Some of your answers surprised me, for better and for worse. Moving along:

    - Would you enter the Void to fight 'Arronax'?

I wouldn't. I don't understand the logic behind taking the ultimate anti-magick weapon into a realm of which we know nothing. Maybe all belongings are disintegrated upon banishment. Maybe the Void doesn't share Arcanum's physics, for that matter, and the Device becomes useless. Isn't it wiser to wait and fight on our own turf? Granted, there's the threat of collateral damage, but that seems preferable to going in worse than blind.

    - Which god or gods would you serve?

Velorien. I considered Halcyon, but the order's emphasis on penance seems counterproductive in some ways.

    - What kind of deity would you be?

I couldn't begin to fathom. I'd probably have to be extremely arrogant to even consider appointing myself over Arcanum.

Can't remember the name, but I would join the sex cult in Stillwater. If I were to ascend Godhood, I suppose I would be a beacon for justice, probably have statues of me in trials and people would have to swear on my name just like the Bible etc.

    Geshtianna. Those guys are weird.

I'd rather be Velorien. Wooh, great power.

I may be just enough arrogant to consider myself the right man to become a god, and just too arrogant to consider any one else worthy to acompany me on it.

That's a hard one. The Arcanum god I feel like being depends on my current mood. Still, Velorien seems the nicest option, since if I would be supposed to watch over a world, I would try to be the most neutral god of them all, for the sake of balance, and Velorien is the only one which is purely unbiased.

Why worship a god when you can aspire to godhood yourself? Power that is dependent on the faith of a higher being is, ultimately, merely a form of elevated slavery. I would rather be my own master, and whatever power I wield would be the manifestation of my Will and my Will alone.

Quite Miltonian, but then again, I've just recently read through all the Lucifer comics.

If I was going to worship any of the gods (quite unlikely, considering my views on religion), it would most likely be Geshtianna. Hedonism FTW.

    1. Hell fuck no. I barely trust myself, why the hell would I trust other gods?

    2. I reckon I'd be a goddess of creativity. Writers, artists, musicians, all that kind of thing. And I'd smite any moron who tried any of this postmodern shit; you know, the people who try to convince the rest of us that a shower fitting or a pile of soiled undergarments is art.

My ideal god does not exist outside of Raymond E Feist's world and even there he's dead.

    Wodar-Hospur - God of Knowledge

I love the idea of knowing things just for ther own sake and then searching out even more to know just for the sake of knowledge itself.

Perhaps is Vorak The God of Forbidden Knowledge.

Only if I am the leader of the Greater Gods.

I think that I am more like Nyarlathotep (the Crawling Chaos) or the God of Murder.

    Okay, let me see:

Xiao: Goddess of creativity. Writers, artists, musicians.
Dark Elf: God of the Elves.
    rroyo: God of Technology.
    Zanza: God of Justice.
    Vorak: God of Forbidden Knowledge.

PS: This is what I could think of now, the rest comes later.

Yes, I know. Odin sacrificed one of his eyes, to drink from the Well of Wisdom(Knowledge) to gain Knowledge and wisdom.

True, but I always interpreted Odin's quest for knowledge as a means to escape Fate, not knowledge only for the sake of knowing.

Of course, in the end, it might work out the same.

Sheogorath is the god of madness, damn it. Not nature or anything.

Those Norse gods sure did love self mutilation. I would never jam my hand in an angry dogs mouth.

Sorry, I could not think of anything at that time, but now here it is:

    Xz: The Monkey God.

Oh, I did not knew that.
