TARANT? *sighs and shakes her head* Only the most straight-laced of Technologists (or greediest of thieves) would live there!

    Easy money!

Great Thieves Highway below the city, plenty of easy pickings, large tourist / passer-through population, thanks to rail and ship travel, what's not to like? >:)

I´d say Shrouded Hills. The perfect little town in the middle of absolutely everything, and yet close to nothing.
A peaceful life for me ^^

I'd go for a relaxing life in the wilderness somewhere on the shores of Cattan.

perhaps, that would be a great place to stay... for a while. But it´s quite seperated from the rest of the world, don´t you think? I mean, Shrouded Hills is the shit. Really, it is... You know... peaceful and stuff... :)

I'd build myself a nice villa in Thanatos. Beautiful scenery, nice beaches, peace and quiet, and I can always go to civilization in my trusty ship.

Still saying Roseborough. It's close to Caladon, so if I wanna go anywhere else I catch a boat or two. It's quiet. They probably need a local militia or sherriff or something. Enter the chick with the Aerial Decapatator, Torian Kel's Ancestral Sword and the attitude.

Let's see here, you have an avatar of a bull ... I think you probably like Shrouded Hills so much because of Ol'Bessie the cow.

huh? no, I chose the two headed cow because of it´s existance in arcanum as well as in fallout. a little joke made by troika ^^

you must have noticed it in HT Parnells museum of wonders in Tarant. The funny thing is that it´s a quite deadly, flesh eating beast in fallout.

Another thing: Vendigroth is supposed to be the world of Fallout. Which means that Arcanum is the world after the apocalypse in Fallout.
It´s cool how they have linked it ^^

Brahmins aren't flesh eating beasts, duder. Brahmins are herbivorous animals.

Also, there is something horribly wrong with your Vendigroth/Arcanum/Fallout analogy, but I'm too tired to figure out what it is. What you wrote doesn't make sense, though.

There are some references to Fallout in Arcanum, though. You're right about that.

I always thought the most prominent one was the water crystal quest in Tulla.

funny thing I was attacked by one. It nearly killed me.
But anyway: Troika has written in a forum (I don´t remember which one, though. Neither what site it was) that they have made Vendigroth as the fallout worlds spoils in Arcanum.
My guess is that arcanum takes place in the far future, when everything started all over again.
And Arronax ressurects Vendigroth... That´s kinda cool... Fallout brought back to life in Arcanum..

It's just a reference, a nod of respect if you will. Vendigroth isn't actually the same place it just contains some intentionally similar elements.

Yes, but the thing that you must force your mind to realise is that my ideas are the right ideas.
