That's a common sentiment around here. I have a feeling you're going to fit right in.

Provided you can rein in your tendency to post such horrific images, of course.

Don't you tell me what to do, No.9. I'll google as much horrible as I want to painfully internalize.

The girl with the bloody legs was the worst. I mean that had to be fake but... yick. Hilariously, if you google 'horrible image' (no plural) you get about 100 pictures of Jennifer Aniston.

Why are you attempting to segregate people into groups of "good" or "bad?"

Our world won't be at peace until everyone learns that humans are selfish, awful things.

At the least, they can stop posturing sanctimoniously and keep to themselves - mind you, I'm not trying to say you specifically were expressing a "holier than thou" attitude, but speaking in a general sense.

This coming from someone with a number where their name should be? That's enough irony for an entire Alanis Morissette album.

Alanis Morissette references?? What year is this, again?

9 is a magic number among alchemists. And it is similar to the Japanese word for pain. You get my drift?

Domo arigato, Mr. Smuelboto. (Now you can rib me for the Styx ref but they are timeless, I tell you!)

I had assumed you were a Star Trek: Voyager fan, and the name "Seven" was already taken.

What is Star Trek? I did quite enjoy Seven. The Lonely Island should do a parody of their own song... Gwyneth's Head in a Box.

You claim to be at Hudson University and don't know what Star Trek is?

Hudson University is a fictional institution used throughout various television shows and is connected to Star Trek.

Notably whenever a university appears in Law and Order its almost always 'Hudson University' the Law and Order spin off Law and Order SVU had the character John Munch who was actually brought in from the show Homicide: Life on the Streets. Whilst on Homicide Munch had a cross over in X-Files episode 'Unusual Suspects' where he questioned The Lone Gunmen, these characters were on the same show as the Cigarette Smoking Man, well known for his penchant for Morley brand cigarettes. Morley cigarettes also happened to be the chosen brand of Spike from Buffy the Vampire slayer which had a spin off show about the character Angel. In Angel there is a legal firm staffed by demons called Wolfram and Hart; One of the clients of this firm is referenced as a company called Yoyodyne, Yoyodyne are also the firm which constructed the bus station in the John Larroquette Show. This company clearly proved to be long lived as in the 24th century Yoyodyne are building starships for Starfleet on the show Star Trek the Next Generation which was itself a continuation of the universe begun with the 1966 classic series Star Trek but which also led to 2 other Trek spin offs Star Trek Voyager and Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

I am beginning to doubt that you are actually at Hudson University given that you do not know any of this.

Well, Vorak, I feel sorta bad now as I was just funnin' with ol' Smuel.

I do know what Star Trek is, all too well, really, as my brothers tortured me with it throughout my childhood.

I pretty much live for Law & Order and its various spinoffs (sad, I know) thus the Hudson Uni. I also miss Homicide and wonder on a regular basis why it's not on Netflix.

Thanks, sincerely, though, for them detailed details. I didn't know some of those other connections.
