Name: Royalleve (called Dutchess by most, Evie by her friends)
    Race: Human
Appearance: Tall, muscular in that wiry sort of way. Short red-gold curls, dark blue eyes, almost black, and very pale skin. Dresses as a boy, only with a slight flair for jewelry. Two silver rings through her bottom lip, one on each side. Two gold hoops in her left ear. Laughs alot, sings or hums almost constantly.
    Age: 19
Occupation: Citizen of Caladon's underbelly. Dabbles in pickpocketing, robbing, black market wares, scamming innocent folk, juggling, singing for her supper, spying, finding, and the occasional death causing. Well known both to the Underground, and the Guard, who have been known to use her services. When Lukan the Witless was alive, and in Caladon, he was hers... she likes stupid men.
Skills: High dexterity, high strength (though she doesn't look it), quick intelligence, and good perception. Doesn't understand magick, therefore ignores it. Never been formally trained in anything, but very good at moving undetected, filching, plundering, eavesdropping, escaping, throwing, stabbing, and lying convincingly. A very slippery girl to get ahold of, and even harder to keep once you've got her.
Inventory: Well, she had 7 gold bangles, a silver pocket watch, a master set of lockpicks, an emerald ring, a ruby ring, a black diamond pendant, sturdy boots, a leather satchel, a small cloth bag of marbles, a white silk shirt, red leather pants, a wrist sheath with ordinary dagger, 3 glass stilettos, 5 throwing daggers, a fine revolver, 2 boxes of ammunition, and her prize possesion, a mechanical dagger made by a master. Currently, she's sitting naked in a cell.

Well. It was now evidently clear that this had been a bad idea, right from the start. I should have listened to my instincts, I really should've. When the Captain of the Guard came looking for little old me, not in connection with a crime (although there were alot of them), but asking for a favor, I should have said "No", right then and there. It's just... the thought of having an official in my debt... It was intriging! I mean, the possibilities. Of course, if my mind had been working properly, if I hadn't been so very, very drunk, if I wasn't mourning Lukan... If everything had been normal, I would have realized that this task was very far out of my league, that they would have far perferred one of their own attempting it, that they had probably asked and been refused, or worse, they had asked, been accepted, and so far, everyone had died! Or ended up like me. With that thought, I stopped thinking, and tried to concentrate again.
It was a little hard, all things considered. I'd been stuck in this dank place for... well, that's not really important, is it? What's important is that my feet are bound with rope, my wrists are bound with chains, there's rats in this place that can smell the blood on me, and Oh! who can forget? I'm naked!!! But no more thinking. Thinking is bad. Must concentrate on getting out of here, getting away from this awful place, I hate Tarant, I hate it with all it's backwards ways, and ugly skies, and dirty water, and air you can't breathe properly, and an Underground that has no sense of honor what-so-ever, stupid, worthless Tarant with it's stupid war that I was sent to spy on, and now I have the plans, they're in my head, and if I could only get out of here, maybe they won't have a chance to bash my head in...

[ooc] okay, in case anyone isn't clear, she was sent as a spy to Tarant by Caladon... she was betrayed by a member of the Underground, and now sits in a cell, awaiting the next torture session. if anyone can get to her, she knows exactly what Tarant is planning to do next--all their plans, all their movements, supply stations, contingency plans, everything. i'm counting on that being worth something to somebody, because she isn't skilled enough to get out of this mess. :p [/ooc]

(ooc)thnx for the info Maniac, but I'll give it a try(/ooc)

I looked at the drawing closely to get some details. The best I made of it was a woman holding a throwing weapon with men surrounding her. But the woman was not detailed enough so I focussed on her surroundings. A large tree, accompanied by a smaller one. What was quite detailed were the group of flowers in front of the trees, which were marched over by soldiers. "This spot should give me a focussing point" I said to myself.
And so I activated my powers again and quickly noticed the new surroundings. I had succeeded, although the people who were marching here on the drawing were not even close. But I did know this was the right place, judging by the flat flowers in front of the two trees.

"Where to go now?" I asked myself. I had the option of two directions. In both directions I saw the footprints of many people, but it wasn't clear which way they were going.
I just had to trust my luck on this one, although it often failed me. I headed north into the unkown... at least it was unknown for me.

As I had walked maby two or three miles I took notice of swords clashing.
I approached quickly but when I finally got to the point where I could overlook the situation, I noticed that the fight was over... for now. I saw some Tarantian soldiers standing guard, a few yards away from what seems to be a abandoned house. That they were Tarantian was obvious, since they wielded thundersticks. I heard that people called these weird new weapons: 'guns'.

I managed to stay unnoticed. Then I suddenly saw a man running. The soldiers shot at him, but he was gone the next instance. Ofcourse I knew right away what had happened but the soldiers stood perplex.
"what the heck!" one of the soldiers shouted. "I never saw anything like that!".

I made sure they couldn't notice me from there and observed the scene.
I thought about the dead woman. "So this is where she came from. If I had nothing to defend myself with I would have fled this place too" I thought to myself. Luckily this last part was very much untrue. Besides my magickal abilities I wielded a finely crafted sword. Although my skill with these weapons was not supreme, I could still defend myself with it. And when nescecerry, I could even use it offensively.

(ooc)so if I get this right Ferret... Kathering and Ben are hiding in the tool shack and Gather has just gone off to the Liberation army with the news.
Mark (Jaden) is at the house with the guards. Will it be alright with you if I step into the story-line here. Since you look like you could use some help getting rid of the Tarantian soldiers. If I have to change it just let me know(/ooc)

I looked closely at the Tarantian group. A few soldiers were wielding guns and some more were armed with swords.
It would be possible for me to dispose of them, but I would need some help. And help I did recieve. Appearently the people who were hiding for the soldiers noticed me. Not strange, since I was at the right angle for it.
The person staring at me from the shack was a rather good looking female. She looked rather suspicious in my direction and then went back into the shack.
I was thinking of teleporting to the shack, but then I realised it would be rather foolish, since the people inside the shack didn't know my means and might attack me on sight.

(ooc)Is it ok if I start a fighting scene from here where the Taratian soldiers attack and I help out a bit???(/ooc)

After turning the corner of the Inn, I notice that the back is wall is, well, just gone. Whoa, that must've been the spell, impressive. As I'm admiring the handiwork though, I start to swoon again. "How do I keep forgetting about that?" I wonder to myself as I sit down. I sigh to myself and grab a sleeve of my robes. "Mother wouldn't like this at all. It was a gift afterall, maybe if I get somewhere safe I can fix it." I rip the sleeve off and turn it into a makeshift bandage which I tie around my shoulder. Mainly as an afterthought as the bleeding has slowed considerably by now.

Fishing in one of the side-pockets I pull out a small jar containing thin goo. I unstopper it and drain it quickly. "Gak, man that tastes horrible, I wish I could've found some mint or something on the road. Maybe it wouldn't taste so bad with mint. I've always wanted to try that." Feeling less faint, I ponder what I should do next.

"Obviously I can't stay here anymore. Eventually those guards are gonna wake up and tell everyone what happened. And as stupid as these people are, someone is bound to not recognize me at some point. Too bad that mage isn't around, I would've liked to meet 'em. I suppose I should just continue on north, I'm already going to be late. Oohh, there's sure to be at least one horse somewhere in town."

I stand up, not realizing I'm not disguised anymore, and set out in search of a horse. Shortly I spot a group of soldiers standing around near a house. I casually walk towards them and clear my throat. About half of them turn around and just stare at me. "I seem to have forgotten where we keep the horses, could one of you gents point me towards the stables?"

As the gunmen take aim, the swordsmen start to advance and surround me. I look at them in confusion, then down at myself. "Uh oh" All I wanted was a horse. "Umm, if I surrender do you promise not to hurt me?"

I could feel the slickness in my palms of fresh blood as I slowly twisted my wrists back and forth. The pain was awful, but i needed lubrication if I was going to slide my shackles off. To keep my mind occupied, I chewed on my lower lip and hummed a song my mother used to sing... I heard a chitter nearby, and automatically tried to lash out with my left foot. Being that both feet were tied together, I flopped on my side with a squawk. "Great. Just fabulously, woderfully, great," I muttered, "This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst week I have ever had. Even worse than Lukan's funeral. Speaking of which, just how did he let a couple of weaklings get by his guards? I mean, it's not like I didn't pay them alot of money! But nooooooo, they have to die themselves, letting my poor, harmless Lukan die in perfidity, those evil, rotten, mongrel-like cretins with only the rudimentary skills of anything, and DAMMIT WHY CAN'T I HAVE MY CLOTHES BACK!!!!!!" I sat straight up in utter rage, screaming, and yanked my hands in opposite directions. To my complete and utter surprise, instead of ripping myself in half, the cuffs slid off, accompanied by the soft hish of ripping flesh. I looked at my slimy hands in utter bafflement, letting them flop in my lap. And then I began to laugh. Hysterically. This was just too much.

When I finally got myself under control, I realized I needed a plan of action. I hadn't really thought I would get unchained when I started... I was just trying to keep busy!!! Well, first things first. I slinked my body into a curl, and began to knaw on the ropes around my ankles. Just give me time, I prayed. Just a little more time...

(ooc)if you want this changed Draco or anyone else, just pm me or mention it(/ooc)

Just when I was planning on moving in, there was an older man who just baldly walked up to the soldiers. I could faintly hear him asking about horses or so. Unfortunately the soldiers didn't take that very well as they surrounded him while the gunmen lay their aim at the man.

The guards begin to question him rather than kill him on the spot. Appearently they don't kill older men that quickly, but I might just as well be wrong about that.

When I look at the shack I again see the woman looking at me and then looking at the group of guards that just moved from their previous position.

The woman makes some gestures towards people inside the shack and suddenly I see a young man/boy's head popping around the corner.

They people inside the shack apearently have not been noticed be the Tarantian soldiers. Somehow they must have hidden themselves there, out of the sight of the soldiers.

Then I turn my head back to the groupt of soldiers still talking in to the man. He seems agitated... looking around as if he want's to escape suddenly. No wonder since the odds are against him. But maybe that's changable. I could of course help the man out, but still I think two men wouldn't stand a chance. And I don't know if this man can defend himself at all.

But luckily the people inside the shack also took notice of the trouble this man was in. The woman softly runs a yard away from the shack and surprisingly doesn't get noticed by the soldiers. From this new position she can almost speak to me, but she refuses to use this option.
However she does look at me, as if she was judging me. Maybe she though I was a spie for the Tarantian army... quite the joke, but then again, I don't think it's such a joke for her.

The woman rises a bit and I suddenly feel an energy increase nearby me.
I quickly get what she is doing and the minute after she launches a blot of electricity I charge. The guards are startled an for a minute, they're sort of stunned. On soldier is already on the ground in agony after the lightning bolt hit him. The next soldier recieves a dosis of harm coming from me.

The guards suddenly all begin to notice the obvious... AN assault!!
To my surprise the man who was surrounded creates an energy shield around him and aslo participates in the battle.
The woman quickly takes out two of the gunmen as I quench the life out a soldier heading towards me. "Phew" I think, "that uses quite the amount of energy... better keep it calm."

The man appears to be quite talented in the ways of magick as he also takes down some soldiers leaving only a few.
Two remaining gunmen aim for the woman but I make sure that a lord's slave takes care of them... The woman gives me a weird look right after my summoning spell, but continues in the battle.

The odds had changed... Five swordsmen were still in the middle of us three, not counting the Lord's slave who was willingly punching away at one of them.
The man took out one of them, again using a spell, and the woman used her remarkable skill in throwing to take down two more.
I summoned all of my remaining energy as I quenched the life out of the last one who nearly hacked into me.

The quick battle had come to an end. A happy end if I may say so.
But now I faced yet another thing I usually wasn't fond of... strangers.

We continued on marching forward but it'd take some time. ( Anyone know how many days it takes to travel from Hadrin Pass to Stillwater? )

I had finally tasted some adventure again. How I longed for this every day and night. But the adventure was brief and now I had to face the people I just fought alongside with. They were unknown to me, but I came so close to them and I felt a sort of connection between us, as if this meant to happen.
    The older man introduced himself.

(ooc) please give up a character name draco!!!(/ooc).

and so did I. We shaked hands and we thanked each other. The man thanked me for helping out in the mess and I thanked him for finally providing me real adventure.
We appeared to get along fine, but the woman did not say much to us. She was taking care of the dead bodies... disposing them behind some bushes.
Finally after she was done, she and the people inside the shack also introduced themselves.
It was a quick introduction, but then again they seemed to be in a hurry.
When they were almost ready to leave me and the man both asked at the same time where the group was going. "To the Liberation army if you must know." We both offered our help and she looked at us....

(ooc) gotta go, I'll finish this later. say maniac, it'd be nice if you show up now with news from the armie and then in the rush of the moment, me and 'draco' team up with you, just a suggestion (/ooc)

WHOAH!?!? People have been busy! And Rosie, it's nice to see you here at last - due to the annialation of the 'Thread that needs a title' no doubt... but then it's our gain I suppose

Maniac, where did you get the scroll from - I did say I had left it in Pheonix's Saddlebag - back at camp! Hmmm... how about you found a scroll of spatial distortion while we stocked up at the smithy - you then used that to get to the encampment and used my scroll of teleportation from there. That should work - might need a bit of post-editing though.....

Also, are you just leading the reinforcements - the main army is at the encampment a half-days travel north of SW - it's just not enough to liberate SW without very heavy losses.

Notharah - you definitely seem to like posting! I thought it was normal to let someone reply first before writing the entire story yourself? *sigh* I already had a really nice post written. Oh well....
    [/OOC]

    0830 hours - April 4, 1985

"So you're friends of Cumbria then?" I ask. I look at each man in turn and they both nod. "Hmmm... we could use some. My name's Katherine, but we don't really have time for introductions. I'm afraid I can't really tell you what's going on at the moment - you understand of course, that I cannot trust you both yet, but if we get out of here then we'll discuss our options with you. You may be able to join the army if that is what you wish, but I cannot speak for them, and our liason commander has... well, he's not here anyway, and I'm not exactly part of the Cumbrian forces."

[Looking around to make sure we are not spotted by any guards, I lead these two men and Ben to meet with Jaden and the three Stillwater guards in the abandoned house.]

Suddenly, as we approach the house two guards walk around the corner of a house nearby. Surprised, they immediately attack, knocking our two new 'friends' to the ground. I spin round and quickly draw in my will and release a bolt of energy at one of the guards, who convulses and collapses. The other guard grabs my arms from behind me and as I struggle to free myself, the guard grabs a dagger.

He is just about to slit my throat when there is a sudden 'whoosh' and he drops the dagger and crumbles to the ground, clutching his face and making a strangled gurgling noise. I turn around to find our two friends scrambling to thier feet and a rather stunned-looking ben with his arm outstretched.

"I.. I.. did it!" he exclaimed, and immediately blushes. "I never done that before, I... I.. mean I've used fireflash before - Cyrus taught me - but I've never used it on someone."

"It's OK Ben" I say, smiling. "Thankyou. Now come on, we're nearly there!". As we make our way again, I beckon Ben over to my side. "After this is all over, and providing we survive, we really need to continue your magickal training. I've been thinking. I've got a horse - Pheonix - you'll like her, but I still need a squire..." [I wink at him] "I would of course pay you and I wouldn't want an untrained squire, so naturally I'd have to ensure that you would be."

The look of utter joy and excitement on his face is all the answer I need.

[We reach the house and cautiously make our way inside]. Jaden and the two uninjured guards are waiting for us, swords in hand. They lower them when they recognise Ben and myself, but are wary of the two men.

I look at Jaden, noticing a powerful dark power in him that I had not noticed before. He must be the one responsible for those dark necromantic spells back at the Inn. Perhaps he's letting his guard down.

Jaden notices my attention and his aura turns cold again, masking his power. He looks a little uncomfortable, so I pretend not to notice. Instead I turn my attention to the two newcomers. One of them, an engaging oldish man with obvious magickal telents and the other an Elf. This one alarms me a bit though. Now I have time to take in these two, I can feel a deep brooding dark power residing in the Elf that makes me distictly uncomfortable and he doesn't even bother to mask it. I had wondered where that undead had come from....

"Well, it looks like it's time for introductions" I say. "As I said before, my name is Katherine and this is Ben. This is Mark [guesturing to Jaden] and these two are Arnold and Thomas [indicating the two guards]. The wounded one is Harold."

I catch Jaden eye again and he gives me a barely perceptible nod, indicating he understands why I have not mentioned Gather - we can't yet trust the two newcomers.

"I thank you on behalf of the liberation army, and now, perhaps you could introduce yourself?"

I'm sure Rosie will get out on her own anyway if we leave her long enough  Barring that, someone could be sent on a rescue mission after we free Stillwater. Maybe Notty, DoS or Draco would like that bit. I'd imagine Maniac would stay with the army, seeing as Tyran is no longer around and we have no army general now (perhaps we could get him killed in the ensuing battle?) and besides, I don't know what I'll do yet.

HeHeHe, seeing as Tyran has been removed from this plane of existence, (following the meltdown) I seem to have inherited the position of Editor of this post..... Hmmmm I can FEEL the POWER! Erhmm.. *cough*

BTW, just a little more info. On one of the previous threads before the meltdown, the Lethe Wyvern was captured and is now at the Caladon Zoo! Well, I needed some way of getting past it early on in the game....(looks around guiltily) and the old bridge has become widely known again and is back in use by mainstream traffic.

Also, Notharah, there really isn't any need to create an OOC message to notify us of, or detailing any new spells/abilities. Just write them into your next post - it makes it a lot smoother and adds an extra something of surprise/interest to the posts.

Damn, now I'm doing it....

I look at the people inside the house. The woman introduces herself as Katherine. Katherine also introduces the people inside. On man catches my eye, because he seems to have a dark power aura around him. "Hmm, I must keep an eye on him" I think to myself.
When to woman is done introducing the people inside she asks the two of us to let them know who we are.
I start of as the other man is waiting for me to go first.
"My name is Feril L'ohrn, but just call me Feril and I recently came from roseborough in search of... well, let's just keep it on adventure. I'm an... elf.. as you can see I am a magick user. But you probaly noticed that from my appearance.
I heard about the ongoing struggles near SW so I decided to offer my services to the Liberation army. On my way I encountered a dead woman who came from Stillwater judging by the letter she carried with her.
Luckily for me... and appearently for you too, the letter contained a drawing describing the scene of the Liberation army. Through this I was able to teleport near to this place. Otherwise it might have taken me more than a week to reach Hardin's pass and then some more so get here.

So that this woman died, turned out to be good for you since it enabled me to help you lot out. But i suppose you returned me that favour right after that.
At first I just wanted to join the Liberation army for the adventure. But now I read the despair of the dead woman in her letter, I felt a new need to free the people of Stillwater. And even after that I might still continue helping out if the army is still in need of my services."

I see the woman looking at me with a sort of suspicious look. "Apearently people here aren't fond of dark necromancers either... but that would not explain the suspicion since one of her 'friends' has this ability too. Or is it so that she is not aware of this power aura... hmmm rather unlikely." I think to myself.

"Well that's about who I am and my motivations... now what about you..."
I conclude my introduction. I make a gesture to the man next to me and the peoples eyes turn towards him. A good factor for me, since people tend to bother me a lot... and escpecially suspicious ones. "I am not planning to reveal my past to them" I think to myself.

Then the other man steps forward..............

(ooc) If anything needs to be changed in this one just pm me Ferret and I'll look into it... also you might send me the story you had already written so I might make some changes which do not alter the rest of the story.

OK. I've edited my post a bit but was too lazy to bother with the scroll. I think Moonblade (Tyran's char.) should die in the upcoming battle.
    [OOC]

We were halfway to Stillwater. You could have felt tension in the air. Silenced voices murmuring, elves humming, feet both of people and horses stomping the ground... I rode on my faithul horse Lighting in front of my elven ranger squad with four powerful mages two at each side of mine. I carried the banner of Quintarra and was proud of it. Soon the battle will start.

    [OOC]
I think you all should get out of town and join us because you'll be in the crossfire and the two new companions aren't known to the soldiers.
Feel free to start the battle but don't end it until everyone posts his part in it OK?

"Hello my good rescuers. I have to thank you all for that, it was very confusing. All sorts of soldiers asking me questions about things I don't know. It's all rather upsetting. Did you know I didn't even plan on stopping here? I was on my north to visit someone when my companions ran off in the night with my horse and pack. I can't believe they did that. Then all of a sudden I'm being shot at and attacked and now I'm here, with mages of all things. Father always told me we mages were somewhat rare. How I'd love to tell him about you." My eyes mist over a bit at this point and the flood of babble stops for a moment.

"Ah, but I digress, I'm introducing myself here, you don't need to know all that yet." I draw myself up and stand straight and proud. "The name is Amohl Dirian, a man of learning, at least I like to think so, and sometimes of honor. Though to be honest, not much honor. At least not how the people I meet seem to measure it. Everyone seems to not like people who won't stand up and fight all the time over every single insult hurled towards them or friends or random strangers by any individual with enough intelligence to speak at all, let alone come up with anything interesting to say." At this point I notice everyone just kind of staring at me, with more than a little annoyance and suspicion.

"Oh right, where did I stray? All I told these people was my name before I babbled my way here? I must be getting worse, but then again it's just introductions . . ." Taking a visible effort to calm myself and stop talking, I sketch a bow towards Katherine. "I'll try to keep the chatter under control. You must be the mage who destroyed the back wall of the Inn. It's a pleasure to meet you. And I must say you look as beautiful as your spells feel. And elvish blood too, well that explains a lot. And our mutual new friend, what was your name again, Feril? Yea, that's it. I do have to ask you some questions about your magic later, very interesting. Interesting indeed. And a budding apprentice in our midst too! How exciting. That was an excellent spell, though you could improve on it with work." With that, I launch myself into a demonstration of the spell in question getting ready to cast before realizing everyone had tensed up and was ready to strike me down. Blinking, I release the energy harmlessly. "Seems like I have a ways to go to build trust here. By the way, does anyone have a monkey?" And I faint, a dim shimmer of light surrounding me as I collapse.

    [OOC]
A quick note on spells here. My character doesn't know any directly offensive spells, mainly just incapcitation. Sleep, prarlysis, confusion, domination, and a few summonings. Also, he hasn't had food for about a week. "Last night" when everyone left was actually a week ago, but he'd been left for dead and didn't realize so much time had passed. Part of the reason he fainted was that some wounds from that night still aren't healed, but he's forgotten all about them.

As for his honor, insults don't bother him at all, nor do other slights, such as trying to kill him. But he always follows through on his word and his debts. And tries not to kill if he can avoid it, but will if it seems neccessary.

And after Stillwater, if anyone mentions it to him, Amohl will gladly leap at the chance to rescue Rosie's character. He's always wanted to visit Tarant and see what the excitement is all about for himself.

Our two 'allies' have introduced themselves as Feril L'ohrn and Amohl Dirian. The older-looking one (although, in all truth, I think, the Elf is probably older) is still rambling on. I let out a guarded sigh. We seem to have inadvertently picked up an Elf with a blatently dark power, a serious ego problem and an insatiable desire to get into trouble, and a bumbling but engaging old man with a habit of speaking too much.

The old man suddenly stops rambling, asks for a monkey and promptly passes out.

Startled, I move to his side. I'm shocked at what I see - the man is a mess, with wounds and bruises that must be a few days old, most of which have gone septic. He must have been way-laid at some point, which could explain why he was here in the middle of occupied territory.

Jaden shakes the dust off the long dis-used bed and we lift the old man onto it. I notice that Feril, the Elf, is looking curiously at Jaden, but if Jaden noticed then he was hiding it. I don't trust that Elf and he makes me uneasy. I'm not particularly fond of the dark arts and I was surprised to feel them in Jaden, but given his background I suppose it's not uncalled for. Besides, Jaden has proven himself trustworthy, so it bothers me less.

Whilst Jaden and the guards keep an eye on the Elf I have a closer look at our old man. He isn't actually as old as he appears - he must have been on the road a while, and being half-starved doesn't add help him look any younger. [I gently put my hand on his head.] His forehead feels hot. I can also feel a fair magickal bent to his aura, so healing him shouldn't be a problem. Gathering my will, I carefully extend my aura around his body. Shocked at the amount of damage I can feel, I carefully focus my will on each of his wounds, restoring his condition.

He breifly opens his eyes. "Have you got me my monkey then lass?" he asks quietly, then drifts off to sleep. I look at Ben and ask him to check the cupboards. As Ben quietly rummages through the house, I take some of my rations out of my belt pouch and put them to one side. I think it's best we let the old man sleep for a while, then he can eat when he wakes up.

I wonder how Andrew's getting on. The reinforcements should have been here by now - I hope they won't be much longer. We're exhausted and with the sun now fully up it will be hard to hide for long, especially with the whole occupation guard out looking for us...

Katherine explained the situation they were in roughly. I listened closely for any interesting parts but Katherine kept it short but clear...
(ooc) edited it. If things are still off and I (again) goofed up... I might still change it (if I'm not already gone that is).(/ooc)

Katherine explained the situation they were in roughly. I listened closely as she suddenly heard something outside. As she peeked through a hole in the door she gestured to us that it was ok.

Katherine asked me to wait while she ran towards the large group of people approaching. Amohl didn't need this to be told to him... he would do it nontheless jusging by the looks of him.

I also peeked through the hole to observe the situation more clearly.
While she moved in on the large group of what appeared to be soldiers. I could make out archers, swordsmen and a couple of mages. Katherine had a brief conversation with a man and then she started to walk back back.

She asked the lot of us to come out and so we did. Mark carried Amohl who seemed to be uncapable of waking up on his own account. We approached the group and the man who Katherine had the conversation with walked towards us....

(ooc) maniac... could you do a bit of editing and make an introduction between Draco (Amohl) and myself (Feril)...
BTW if I can remember this correctly, Ferret wanted you to be a bit holding back towards our characters... make that escpecially to me (I just thought that up). After the "proper" introduction I'd love to read Ferret's ideas on my character in larger combat (after I get back). (/ooc)

Ferret writes you stayed in town and Notharah writes you went to meet me? Messy...
Let's consider that after Amohl awoke and had a snack you all left to meet us carefully (and succesfully) not to be seen. And then we meet up.
    [OOC]

We meet Katherine and the others and spread out for the attack. I order my soldiers to take high groundon the north side of the town. Moonblade's soldiers rally forward the gate.
"Ready!!!" I rise my sword "Shoot!!!" I lower my sword and a cloud of arrows starts spreading death on the tarantian heads. My mages cast shields protecting us from bullets while sometimes launching a lighting or a fireball (until the melee units start combat). I keep on commanding my troops but now I help them with my bow. I take aim at one of the seargents pulling the string, realease the string and the arrow swiftly flies through the blood smelling air and pierces the heart of the enemy. After a few moments there are too many our soldiers fighting among the enemy so I order:"Seize fire! Engage melee!" my soldiers drop their bows and quivers, grab their swords, axes, daggers, maces or other close combat weapons and we start running down the hill as a rising wave sweeping everything in it's way. I wave my two mithril swords and dive into the heat of battle slashing every enemy who gets in my way.

    [OOC]
Remember that you not necessary have to write what you've done after I dived into melee combat. You may or even should write what you were doing at the start of battle. I hope it'll be interesting and long. So without father ado LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!
