The Boil

1. Wilouhby sends you to Sebastian, in the Boil, out of alledged concern for Tarant's wellbeing.
2. Once Maug's gang is dispatched and Sebastion signs on as a follower, he gets upset when you attempt to pick the lock to Pollock's place.
3. Sebastion gets upset when you fight Pollock's gang which is perhaps the only time he takes exception for commiting violence upon NPC's.
4. Pollock gang members' reaction is greatly improved once you have dispatched Maug's gang.
5. To only be told to remove Maug's gang obviously does not clean out the Boil; therefore IMO, Wilouhby is working with Pollock to extend his majority in Tarant controlling both city council and organized crime to his advantage.
