Smeg, this is weird...

I like to think I could produce some less-than-shitty literature, if only I could muster up the motivation to do it. Of course, I'm sure this is true of a lot of people.

 

It's been true of me for the past five or six years, but I reached the point where I'd had enough of mulling over too many a story concept. Being opinionated is a good start. I had the time this summer, and the willpower to stick to a reasonable quota, so I started.

I'd like to reach the point where I can shun the widespread, generically (auto)biographical tripe which celebs shamelessly endorse, and have people actually listen to me as I do so. Maybe even make enough to get a personalised registration plate, and a truly capable computer to feed my gaming addiction between writing irrelevant novelettes to piss off the critics.
