Schematics Mods?

I am new to these forums and appologize if I am posting this in the wrong place.

Looking at the Library/Schematics section of the Terra Arcanum site I see a whole list of player made schematics, but I cannot seem to find a way to download any of them. Is there something I am missing, is there a list of schematics mod downloads somewhere else?

Perhaps someone will prove me wrong, but if I'm not mistaken, those fan-created schematics are nothing more than ancient fanart, never actually converted into a working mod.

 

That proves to be rather unfortunate. I rather enjoy playing my techie however I find that there is a rather large lack of tech items/schematics in the game.
