riddle #2 in black root

    I can't for the life of me find the second person with the riddle in black root. The first guy says to go west across the water and behind the train to the withered grove but i have been all over and i cant find anyone with a riddle. can someone help please??

    The second hobbit is on the same island as the theives' camp. Basically, you go North. You cross the train tracks and the river. Theives are on the right and hobbits are on the left.

    Lethran!!! Not hobbits, halflings!!! This is not the lord of the rings :p. Anyway, the little halfling is across the river north of Blackroot, west of the thieves camp. The 2nd halfling is in the small forest, the third and last one is to the north of the forest.
