    well actually i havent seen alot of what u say is bad anime, but my opinion still doesnt change..and the animation matters becuz if ppl just used 3 frames for every char that means they jus took their 5 minutes and made another movie - usally lvl of dedication is shown in the animation...of course in RPGs its all diffrernt:p

    Japanese Anime...

    You guys that are putting down Anime seem to be basing your opinions on one or two crappy series that you've seen on TV. There are a lot of series out there, and most of what you can see on TV (except in Japan) is crap.
    Try Black Magic M66, Gunsmith Cats, Appleseed, Battle Angel Alita, Trigun, Spriggan, Neon Genesis Evangelion, or Armitage III. There are hundreds of series, with many styles and plots. Check out

    thanks belze. Ofcourse they would put down appleseed since it's old. Think of the animation in spriggan. I have the a dvd right here
    and it has one of the best animation ever seem. As I said before since the posters above did not read anything I wrote.Most anime is for TV only. That means limited budget and time. The disney production is only for cinema. That means alot. If you would compare them both, the anime cinema productions wins out completly and also now disney is not producing tv is it?. If you seen one anime and seen em all<--- that is a very ackward thing to say since I could say "read one book read em all". Yoy could not even begin to imagine about how many things Evangelion is about. Do you watch any cartoons? How many frames do others have?
    the new anime is also computer enhanced like love hina, spriggan or mononoke. Don't you see that for example futurama is computer enhanced? Imagine drawing by hand 30 pictures a second. Japanese artist are gods but noone is that good. Besides disney is all the same style, while there is litterly thousands of different styles of anime just for you to fit yer style. Saying it all sucks after seying a couple is very narrow minded. It's like me now playing Eye of Beholder and saying RPG sucks.

    Hmm...and I thought I was the only one (on other forums) that started anime debates...

    I personally do not like anime, DBZ is CRAP (think of me saying crap like Fat Bastard does)
