Permanent Therapeutics

So I've been using Mind Marvels on my current character (+2 IN/WP/PE/CH) but for whatever reason the effects have become permanent. I'm not a big fan of unfair advantages, so it would be nice to get them back to working properly.

I've tried using another Mind Marvel, which does cancel the effects but then subsequent Mind Marvels stop working altogether. I've tried using different therapeutics in the hopes they would cause all effects to reset - but this didn't work either. Any other ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind - I used a Revitaliser and it fixed it somehow upon waiting.
