He could be restarting, or just be really desperate to form a newbie alliance. As for the wobbler, I guess it's because he doesn't show any affiliation anymore. I mean, with me being labelled GATO I doubt many recruiters would see me as a likely candidate. Though once, a month ago, I did get a message telling me to come over and vote if I was still a member of the alliance. However, that was a PM from some place I had just registered at. But around the same time I was also told by some guy I made a trade deal with that I could join his alliance for security. Dumbass hadn't even looked at my nation before the deal...
