    It might in the long run, not in the short. Unless the Boulder County Preschools were planning a rampant orgy and now they're going to use safe sex on account of Elmo's troubled gay friend, Cold Sore.

    One of the main problems is that safe sex so heavily promoted. It's like: "Hey, sleep with whoever you want, just as long as you use a condom". Then it creates the illusion in people's minds that they are immune to AIDS.
