There is a newspaper bug where sometimes the first time that you enter Tarant, the paperboy has less than three papers in the "older headlines". The problem is that this is a permanent glitch, and no new papers get queued into it, like all of the player-generated headlines, and the story related headlines (socialite found dead, anarchists take over factory, etc). Any ideas how to fix this, or simply how to avoid it?
