    The only way I could think of would be to decrease the speed of each and every creature down to about half (or whatever you prefer) of the current value.

    I don't know how you'd solve it with the PC's though. Insanely heavy clothing?

    Why would anyone want to play Arcanum in real time and watch everyone onscreen twitch around more than last week's microbiology experiment with about as much control as a two-year-old on crack behind the wheel of a Chevy Impala.
