They set up secret bases for the Taliban freedom fighter to regroup and rearm and rest. The big boy and big girl donot have the mean or time to check up on all the little boys and girls under her. The Chineese have than combine Intelligence grathering and security department of over 10 million people. It is set up in small cells that donot know the detail or what the other cells are doing.

China plan they operation for the long term unlike America which is very
short sight and plan for the short term. The real bases are in Pakistian which have 1500 to 2000 miles board with Afghanistan with than mountrain terran which make it all but inpossible to seal it off. In Pakistian
weapon manufacting bases are being set up for the Taliban to resupply then when need.
Pakistian have more close trie with China an with any other government on earth right now. America have shown itself over the long term to be than very unreilrate friend compare to China.

 

It won't be an invasion by American forces. They learned their lesson well that it doesn't pay off. It's much easier to drop bombs, scorch the earth and then let some local gorilla forces (preferably armed with US equipment) shoot the survivors.

Edit= Eck, it seems that the US along with the UK are planning to use their own people in this war. Perhaps relaying on rebels to test out their eqiupment has prooven short of whatever results anticipated?
