The only solutions I've seen for the "Mission to Mars" level involve either 1) A catapult-like machine or 2) Some kind of rotatory system like papa dog and myself used.

True. Though I believe that if Japes set his mind to it, he could probable come up with some sort of jumping spider zombie contraption.

Papa dog, that first one is damn near identical to this one I posted before. Great minds....? OR PLAGARISM?

Uhm, I’ll go with great minds. :D

If there was plagiarism, it was wholly unintentional. Perhaps it was subconscious inspiration? I had forgotten that I had already seen your design until just now. That might be why I felt the need to design a second method.

I just remember having problems trying to get over the balls, so I started working on getting under them. I kept playing with angles and adding wheels and struts until it stopped getting pushed off the ledge. I finally had to add a single segment to the front to give the balls a small ‘toss’ up.

Another one. Been trying to simplify my designs, cut down on the unnecessary stuff.

    My solution to Down Under.

    http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1395444

Honestly I was just experimenting on the best way to get it there, I hadn't even really started perfecting the design so it works but I never really intended for it to work.

Unfortunately I didn't save my solution to Handling, I'll have to make a new one.

    EDIT

    And here it is

And after a little more tweaking it now snaps the chain.
