How to get to Womens Camp?

    I'm on the Isle of Dispair thanks to Capt. Trench. But not sure how to get to the Womens Camp, tried walking but it seemed like I went no where, is there a special path?

    you need to accept a quest from a woman in the settlement where you start and she will give you some crap to put on the head of course if your are a man... She marks it on your map
