HexEdit Arcanum for More weapons art

Hello, not a long time ago but, here is a new question (I looked for it on the forum but didn't find anything) :
You probably know that we can only store 20 art per weapons class (one-handed sword, dagger, ...).
Can't we increase that number ? I guess this information is coded somewhere in Arcanum.exe right, however it is.
I'm really a noob in HexEditing, and there is no way I find it by myself.
So please, if someone know how to find where this information is coded and how should we HexEdit it, can you tell me ? Thanks you
