Does anybody know if there is a minor mod reducing the damage from the Harm spell, and/or adding action points to the use of Molotov cocktails?
No there isn't that I know of, although if you get undat and put the corresponding folders in your data directory, it's easy enough to change. When you undat Arcanum2 the titles should be self explanatory.
