Yeah, that's the one. As creepy as trying to assassinate the president because of an infatuation with a movie star was, it was even creepier because Jodie Foster was really young in that film. And she looked really young, too.

But my point is, she looked like a realistic underage ho. She wasn't "Hot hot underage" like Brooke Shields in Blue Lagoon. As wrong as it is, I can see some weirdo getting obssessed with that.

I'm glad that Scorcese didn't go that route, btw. If he had casted some hot Lolita type actress for the part, it would have lessened the impact of the movie alot, I think. Jodie Foster looked just enough like a normal girl that 99% of us went to junior high school, that to see her in those situations...

 

That would be because Jodie Foster was only like 12 or 14 in real life when she played the 14 year old prostitute. So it would be hard for her to not look her age.
