Um, Saturday markets in New Farm Park sell 'em, as well as an organic supermarket along Rode Rd. Or my own vege garden in the back yard, but you can't have them.

If you complete the Master Repair quest, you can repair destroyed items.

Other than that, the 'elegant dress' seems to pop up a fair bit at the Tarant Tailor's, and for some reason at the Tarant General Store (the one just off the bridge). And I have seen the 'Sunday's best' dress, and yes, I am in Australia as well.

 

I vaguely recall that it has to do with differences in the stomuch acids among mammals, which permit them to breakdown and digest various enzymes.

However, there is a list of veggies that rabbits can safely enjoy online, at http://www.friendsofrabbits.org/health/diet.html--and it includes parsnips. :-?

Can't say. The only rabbits I know prefer to play KotoR.
