Yep. The ground floor of my appartment building is made up of a dinky kebab joint and two old style pubs, and one night club. There's also a small grocery store just on the other side of the walkpath/alley. If I ever follow the advice in my sig, I'd never actually have to set foot on outside turf again.

They used to sell sqooshy dolls of those. I always wanted one of them for my desk at work. I'd hang a sign on it that says "General Management" and promply be fired.
