how can you say any character in DBZ is better than goku? every fucking conflict involves goku coming to the rescue right after everyone else has had their asses handed to them! (i really wish this wasnt so, the whole series would be a lot better if the other charcters had just as much involvement in the "story") and besides, all that other adult swim anime kicks dbz's ass. lets hear it for Trigun and Cowboy Beebop!

 

Who needs their anime to have story? Gimme Hellsing over DBZ/Trigun/Bebop (Although Bebop is a decent series.)

Gimme a trash talking vampire who fucks chumps up over story anyday.



Well and the fact that the series includes a deranged preist that stabs people with huge swords. Not to mention a Gen-X vampire who takes vulgarity to new levels and produces some of the best quotes ever.

" Death's just too good for that bitch! I'm gonna fuck that bitch! Shoot her in the head! Then fuck her there!"


Though as far as I'm concerned the Ninja Scroll TV series just needs to hurry it's ass up and come over to the states. As we all know that Ninjas outclass anything, including vampires.

 

dude vampire hunter D, or tetsuo (from akira you dumb shit) could kick any ninja's ass. Patlabor is a pretty good series, and my favorite non-robotech giant robot series. i wish they'd show that on tv, but its way to serious you know? its like law and order with giant robots... oh well! the movies were sweet too... er when they actually got to the action/conspiracy shit and knocked it off with the extended shots of birds over a bay while to detectives were getting all melodramatic about garbage that toook way to long to explain... but anyway. yeah good series. GREAT series. god dammit i love robots... anyone here a fan of the armored core series of games for playstation/playstation 2? GREATEST CONSOLE SERIES EVER. greatest 1on1 action since the first street fighter as well. <sigh> i sure do love robots...
