If the ghost of Gaylin marked Qintarra for you, all should be right with the plotline. For now.

 

ok.ı am gonna make my self clear this time.fırst i killed gaylin then i learned what i need to learn ok.then i went to quintarra and the passage was closed in side the town in front of the passage there was 3 person all of them was wearing green and all were guards so none speak to me when ı see nothing changed ı returned to herbalist in case of forgetting something.But what ı see is there was 2 gaylin .one was dead as meat the other one was so alive that she was selling me herbs like nothing happened.ok.look my friend ı could have passed this place when ı was level 25 but now ı am level 50 ı cannot start this game from back again.thanks for your attension.

 

As I remember, there were two guards at the portal if you force Qintarra. Raven should be a female in gray on your PC's left as you clear the bridge.

I run a lot of games, I have abandoned PCs as high as 35 level because I blew a side quest to badly to continue. I may have a game I can check something out on....

[a few hours later] While I had a young magic user with points to spare, she was to early in the plotline to get anything out of Gaylins ghost except a no, no, never, gasp type thing, so I cannot duplicate your path for a while. :sigh:

 

I think the game tries to save the storyline by resurecting the herbalist if you killed her.

 

I have an answer to this. If you dig into the semes files you find that there is actually a monster generator for Galyn. So when she dies the game will make a new one to save the plot like Conteptus thought.
