Donn Throg doesn't love me ;(

I have a problem. Not a big one, really, but I love this little quest and I don't want to skip it.
The thing is, Donn Throgg won't talk to me. He just says some random things like "How can I help you" and so on.
First I talked to the nasty guard and told him I support Donn, then I accepted the quest from the other guy, and then I talked to the guard again and said something like "I'm solving this matter". Could it be because of this? Without thinking too much, I reinstalled the game, but nothing changed.
I won't sleep tonight if I keep thinking about the poor half-orc trapped in that factory without my help

Do you think there's no other way than to load the previous save?

 

I loaded that old save and went through everything once again and nothing... he still won't talk to me. That's strange.
