WoW looses it's appeal the moment you get full epic gear from molten core, blackwing lair and onyxia.

Which usually falls in line with completing your PvP set as well, once that is done you can barely be stopped in battlegrounds(with the proper team, pick-up groups still suck though).

All that's left once you have your equipment is just stockpiling gold for when you sell the account, or cancel it.
