I've never played a character with any prowling skill but that thing you mention when you attack NPCs and they don't even notice you reminded me....
I've not done quite a few things in this game but most significant is I've never played a pure mage character and never played the Dark Elf evil...
The quicksave overwrites itself. That's what I did. It doesn't matter though, I finished the game. :p
I do, but I autosave. I'm too lazy to do a proper save :p
I guess they didn't show up in my inventory because its always almost full with molotovs and healing salves. And I didn't save close to the fight....
