well if you want to start with 30, not 23, just reverse the process... 30 / 2 = 15 / 3 = 5 - 2 = 3
Try using base 4 - dec: base 4 1: 1 2: 2 3: 3 4: 4 5: 10 6: 11 7: 12 8: 13 9: 14 10: 20 11: 21 12: 22 13: 23
