I was wondering what for kind of people those merchants are? You know. Their personalities and such. Also, do we have some control on them?

Still keenly checking the thread every day.

My exp with this sort of game is Shadowrun, under a fascist GM who always made us follow the plot wagon.

My next post was going to be yelling 'YOU HORRIBLE LITTLE MAN, STOP LOLLYGAGGING!" at Che, just to stay in character, not to advance the story.

In other words, I'm keen, I just don't know how to move the plot forward.

I'm still keen, but we are a bit stuck if no one else is going to post.

You're free to move the plot forward yourself. Don't be afraid to do anything; this is not a strictly linear game. You've got as much control of what's happening as I have. I have presented an obstacle which you must confront and conquer to complete your goal. Use it as you wish.

And Fatty just woke up in a sleepy haze too. IC, he's not going to dignify the question with a response, but he is going to watch Che's back in the ensuing battle.

OOC - I'm assuming Lawrence is capable of taking care of himself, and that Eadgar will work better sneaking through the woods himself. Therefore Fatty's waiting by the caravans and taking care of Che.

BTW, Japes, is Lawrence based partly on a character from David Stone's King of the Isles?

I'm not familiar, so no. Just making this up as I go. If anything, his soldiering attitude is based on mine.

Why isn't this modern day? I'd love an RP with modern day "security contractors."

Hee. Despite my suckage at making hundreds of paragraphs in one post, I'd be interested.

Looks like an even chance of losing my interwebs for a week or so... sorry.

Fatty will carry on as directed by the other characters, assuming I may not be able to post for a while.

Wolfbane: Are we using the same herbs that was used in the real world Medieval times as medicines?

OOC, I prescribe a poultice of honey and crushed termites with a boiled bandage/dressing on the limb, after tying off the arteries and veins and packing fresh cobweb onto the exposed flesh.

Then plenty of cannabis and opium for the pain. Or some boiled down lettuce for a sleeping potion.

IC, maggots, boiling tar and plenty of whiskey, but I hope Eadgar is a better doctor than most medieval euporean sawbones!

Is it correct what I did in my last post? Because I did the same what they did in the medieval times. Also, I hope that I done your character right.
