Loghaire returns

It's implied in the game that Harrow will be more powerful for Dwarves, especially good Dwarves, so that is what I'll aim for.

It will still be usable by all races but they won't get the bonus(es).

Thats awesome! I've always wanted Magnus to employ that axe effectively, and every time I'm disappointed by its short-comings. Definately looking forward to an effective harrow!

Nah, Magnus is better suited with his Iron Clan Hammer. I normally give Loghaire back the Harrow, if I'm not playing as a dwarf myself. However, TONGS...this kicks so much ass my head would explode if I even knew how awesome it will be. You seem to have thought of everything.

Can you make exploding shoes?
Shoes that explode only if they're worn. The perfect item to plant on a shopkeeper! Provided they only explode after a certain time, like the time bomb. That's how they're made! Combining worn shoes with the time bomb!

 

Actually making explosive shoes would be really easy. All you have to do is***** ************ ********************************* ******* **** ****** ************* *******and then******** ************* ***** ** ****with the***************************** *****************sometimes it also************* ******** ******** ** *************** *****stings like a bitch**** ****** ***** ************* ********* ************* ************ ** ***********God bless America!

You know, I wasn't even thinking about terrorists and their exploding shoes when I posted that. I just wanted something quicker than the Hexed Gauntlets, and...yeah. Well, looks like I'll be working on this GAME (!!) invention myself.

 

Actually, there's some hexed boots or something in the sewers of Caladon (on some dead Half-Orc) that wipe out your energy levels. Maybe not as effective as your first idea, but then its not as messy either.... Plus the internet police wont get you!

 

Eh, I guess the hexed boots and the hexed gloves combo would be good things to plant on a shopkeeper. Probably the whole damn set. However, unless you're REALLY good at planting things on people, you might as well save up at least 7 fate points. But, I'm fegging serious, Tongs. I want to make Arcanum exploding shoes. And I will.

Whats weird is that I know exactly what I need to do: create a proto of shoes that explode when they're worn, and make a schematic to make those shoes. However, I can't do either.

 

you could put a script on the shoes "equipt" attachment point which would deal a set amount of damage to the player, overlay an explosion graphic, and destroy the shoes, but I have no idea how to make a new schematic. You could have a dialogue with an NPC to have it give you a pair, but that's not the same as a schematic.
