The mystery is finally solved!

Tim Cain has a tradition of adding one particular easter egg in his games. Finally, I've found how it is accessed in Arcanum. Hold Ctrl+Alt (on the left side of your keyboard) and click on the logbook button. You will see Jesus and become enlightened.

 

I'll try this when I get home.

And I swear to God, if you hard-coded a goatse picture to show up when you do this in your patch I'll find you and beat you.
