Wise women spoiler needed!!

I may be utterly daft, as well as blind, but the only person I have been able to find that can identify items this far is the wise woman in Shrouded Hills.

Could someone please spoil me as to the (pretty much exact) locations of as many identifyer NPCs as possible? (I heard theres one in each town but that doesnt help me any....)

Shrouded Hills: On the road to the bridge, easy to find.

Tarant: East of the Tarant Docks, outside the walls.

Black Root: (Never seen one there).

Ashbury: Southern edge of town, along the dirt road leading southwards.

Stillwater: (Never seen one there).

Qintarra: (Never seen one there).

Caladon: (Never seen one there, but there *has* to be one, right?).

 

Yes there is one in Caladon - she's somewhere on the poorer side of the river.
