    I am trying to participate in the negotiations between Tarant and Caladon. My skill is high enough but Willoughby stopped offering it to me. It IS "mentioned" in my log. I pickpocketed the negotiation book but there is no chap around that is supposed to tell me not to talk to the lobbyists. I did agree to assasinate King Farad but even after I botched this quest by telling Willoughby it was to no avail to the negotiations. Am I missing something? Is the guy out of sight that I am supposed to meet? Anyone? Help!!

    Thoroughly Disgruntled.
