why this?!

my dwarf character mastered gambling but every time he gambles agaisnt a shopkeeper they get all mad and attack!any advice how to make this stop i am patched

 

maybe they are sore losers or they have no money once when I was selling things the shopkeeper said "That's worth 32 coins but I only can afford 0 right now"

 

i know but besides wearing a smoking jacket or charming them is there any way to improve the reaction of me

 

use the BE spell 4 times on yourself............ Thats means raise your INT to 16. AND stop killing everybody......word travels fast and in some areas you'll be attacked before you can open your mouth.

Is that why every one in kree attacks? I had to kill everyone there. and now I have an Idol that I don't know what to do with..... its just sitting in my "garage" in Shrouded Hills

 

its a thieves guild quest in tarant!

they were supposed to attack you, they were guarding the idol

Well I guess I shouldn't have killed most of the thieves in the bog, but they attacked me on site, so I had no alternative..... Unless I haven't found tehm yet, I follow the story for the most part, but sometimes I feel advanturous and roam around, that is how I found kree, so when they attacked I just slaughtered them........OOPs

 

you should kill all the gamblers too! then you'd be the greatest gambler in all the land!

 

How can you be the greatest gambler if you have no one to gamble with?

 

Haha. Well, maybe u could if Arcanum had slot machines like the ones in Fallout.

 

I think I read in a faq that if you win too much against a someone he eill like you less. Just don't gamble too much wich each characters.

(you+gamble)/(all existing gamblers+death)=(you are the only one) /(3)=(you are the best)/1

as you can see my theorum of the property of what if you just murdered all of the other existing gamblers divided by sixty two equals gargob smells like underpants, and extensively proves that if you are the only one of a kind in existence then you are therefore the greatest one in existence, and therefore, in all the land.

I thought greatest is an adjective used to compare. Which means you need at least 2 people to compare so if the other gamblers are dead. Who're you comparing with?

 

Just thought I'd point out that if you did indeed kill all the other gamblers then you'd get a divide by zero error. :lol:

 

just to tell you about the boil, If you below lvl 25, the bandits by the road will attack you for being a pansy!

I always whack the 3 guys on each side before I get to lvl 25 just to get the exp. When you save the boil you have to take them out anyway but thats 6 less you need to fight at that time

Wierd thing if you join Pollock's gang they will still attack you if you enter thier side.

 

I'm sure you won't mind being the only gambler. Which is better than being the best because this way, you'll be unique. Hmmm... I wonder if there is such a reputation... :lol:
