To those of you out there willing to help, I really appreciate it.

    1. Having gotten the game as a gift from a friend, I don't have the manual so i can't make heads or tails about the acronyms regarding the magical weapons when i equip them. Eh.. FT 1-3?? Pe +2 Ht Dot?? where can I get info about this stuff?

    2. United Kingdom negotiations are a real mystery as I don't know if I'm doing the right thing by following the brief? Even after I got Caladon to join I don't know which options will enable both nations to become equally prosperous.

    3. Having save Cyrus in Stillwater, he mentions that he'll make all my items magical. However, where is he after I save him and are there anyother places where i can enchant my weapons.

I help Cypher at counterstike.net so if anyone is willing to help me with these questions i'll be more than willing to return the favour about any cs questions that you have.

    Happy hunting.

Thanks again however if I remember correctly, having saved Cyrus from being eaten I cannot seem to find him in town again to have him enchant any weapons...? Just where the heck is he anyhow?

Another thing is how do i get into the pits in Dernholm?

Someone in here says you should be evil or do something evil. Haven't tried.

Actually the dialog you mention appears after you tell Cyrus that it was Leeks the Blacksmith who hired you to find him. Cyrus then states he will enchant all of the blacksmith's weapons, NOT yours . Cyrus does not reappear in the village but Leeks will give you a Stillwater Blade as a reward. (Its not a bad weapon, has a speed of 15 but I find that the Caladon Elite Swords with speed of 17 are better.)

    Those swords are almost useless...

Basically I sold the sword back immediately because later in the game those swords are practically useless...

Iron, rock golems will shatter those blades like glass. The only few weapons I found of any use are:

    1. Mystical Chakram.
    2. Arcane Axe.
    3. Arcane great sword.
    4. Some Elven bow I got from the a elf in Quintarra.

Thanks for clearing up my confusion about some of this stuff guys.

I must disagree with you on this, though I admit it depends a lot on your character's abilites.

My favourite character always fights with 21 strength (17 actual STR plus Strength of Earth Spell). With 21 STR your damage bonus is doubled so you don't need a powerful magic/tech weapon, ANY weapon you weild kicks ass, even your bare hands are lethal!

So to maxmize my character's potential I use fast weapons so I can make lots of lethal attacks. The Caladon Elite Sword is best for this. I own four of them, One I weild, and one I keep on my belt. When the sword I'm weilding gets badly damaged I just click on the one on my belt to replace it. After the battle I use my master repair skill to fix all of them.

So far I've not met anything I can't cut to ribbons in seconds. I killed the melee master with three blows and that high level assassin with four. The nasty bugger at the end lasted a bit longer, maybe six or seven blows

I don't like to repair stuff see...

Deathlock i don't enjoy to repair stuff even though I'm a master and I hate to lug more than one sword around. I already have 2 range weapons on top of a sword so it would be just too much to lug around. Furthermore I really hate to see those red words appearing saying weapon damanged...

Besides a Caladon Elite sword only deals 2-9 damage.

The Arcane Axe and Arcane Great sword does not get damange at all and deals out 4-16 (16) damage so I've killed Iron golems and seething masses with just 3 hits, backstab skill of course.

But what ever works for you.

Harrow, the Dwarf King's axe, is hands down the best weapon for dispatching Ore Golems, but only if you're a dwarf.

    Or the Dog.

I tried Harrow but since I'm human...

The axe got damanged when I tried to wack a iron golem and that is why I don't use it...

    But whatever works for you.
