    He was difficult to find indeed, and in fact I had found him on my first time around by accident. Anyway, Dudley is an elite bow guard in Dernholm. Search around the town and talk to all the bow guards. You're bound to find him walking around somewhere. Good luck.

    i found dudley also by accident...i think that i was looking for rumours and sudenly dudley arrived:)he is probably in the guardhouse...
