Where is Sebastian go?

I recently left Sebastian in Caladon. Thereafter, I visited Captain Teach and got the ship quests, went to Tarant to conduct some business and drop off Virgil to make room for Sebastian and returned to Caladon to pick up Sebastian. To my surprise, Sebastian was gone. I went back to the Boil, but he wasn't in the bar. Does anyone know where he might have gone. I am patched and am using the CB mod. Does anyone have any suggestions? FYI, I saved the game right after I got the ship quests and if I return to Caladon then, Sebastian is still there. Apparently, the trip to Tarant by land took too long. I also believe I told him to wait, not to leave. Anyway, if anyone has some insight as to where he goes after waiting too long, I'd appreciate it.
