I know the coordinates from looking at them in the Location part here, but since it isn't on the map I guess I'm not supposed to go there yet.

Is there a certain person I should talk to or what?
I didn't have high enough persuasion to become an emissary for Willoghsby...

The Panarii Priest at Tarant and King Praetor of Dernholm will mark the location of Caladon. With Praetor, you need to be of certain story state (I think) in order for him to show the location in your map.

You can also get pass Gorgoth's.

Panari Temple guy never marked it on my map...neither did Praetor...I think Willoughsby does...or can at least.

Perriman Smythe has a newspaper about his encounter in the train station with the bandits and Willoughsby...quite a good piece of fiction on the offical Arcanum site as well...

    Spoily!

If you ask him about it he'll say: "Of course. [He marks your map.] If you're looking to travel there, you should try to book passage on a ship. There are rumored to be passes through the mountains, but they would be treacherous at best..."

And for Praetor, didn't I tell you that you need to be of certain story state to let him mark it in your map. Anyway, here's the dialogue:

Praetor: My daughter has chosen to take up with Auguste Farad, prince of Arland, against my wishes.
    You: Please tell me more.
Praetor: I fear my harshness has driven her away. She refuses to communicate with me.
You: You'd like me to get word to her?
Praetor: Yes, I believe she's living in Caladon, capital of Arland, with the prince. Will you help?
You: Of course, how could I not?
You (if you have Charisma of 15): How much coin is it worth?

As for Willoughsby, no. He won't mark it in your map but he will give you a quest which can be done at Caladon.

Yes you will, yes you will!

And really, it's a quote from "Play it to the bone" Instead of Jarinor the guy (domino) said Caesar.
