Where can i get apprentice pickpocket training?

    Seriously i've tried everyone, and can't find it, i've found people that will do expert training, but they don't do apprentice just expert, i have no idea where to go.

    Pick Pocket

    To get Pick Pocket training, you MUST join the Theives' Underground. The apprentice is the Halfing at Vermillion Station, Expert is Mr. Black at the Black Market, and I think Sammie White is the Master.
