wheel clan spectacles

Could anyone here be so kind as to help me out with a porlbem I have encountered. Whilst on the isle of despair talking to Thorvald I was forced to kill him. I then took the specs for the specs, but I have no Kathorn Crystal. I cannot make the glasses with out one and cannot get back to the isle. Anyone have some suggestions?

you can find the crystal all over the place...check all the chests in the BMC, might be some there.
