    Alright, I have two things of serious importance, and I dont believe either relate to hacking, even though I have about twenty thousand hacks on my game already. In Vormantown, I've already completed the quest for the elf and the dwarf, the quests about the attack of the machines, and that guy that got stuck with the elevator, and now they both want me to look into the matter even more. In addition, the maine guy, Mr. Shackleford, denies that it would be Mr. Vorman doing this. What am I to do to progress? I broke into Mr. Vorman's room, found his leg braces, and see this trapdoor that requires a key. Where do I find this key, and what do I do now?

    Also, I used the scrolls of teleportation in Vormantown, but the screen goes blank, says the world map isnt available, and then I automatically teleport back to the island. I assume its supposed to be that way, however, now that I play normal Arcanum, it still says, everytime I try to access worldmap, that "it isnt available" and I know its because of the Vormantown game? Any info you could give me?

    In MP modules, because there is no world map, teleportation scrolls always take you to the starting point in the game.

    As for VT - just ask around Ask people about what they know of Mr Vorman. The smith in his yard, tells you he has to fix mr Vorman's legbraces every so often, and the clothing lady tells you that he always buys a new red hankerchief every day.

    Put these together with what the two rescuee's told you. then you can deduce that it's Mr vorman.

    Talk to the groundskeeper behind the mansion, and he tells you that the dead body of his bastard half-ogre son has been dug up from the mausoleum and both Vorman and the body have disappeared.

    Tell his butler about the evidence and your suspicions, and he will give you the key saying that he doesn't know what's going on, but it can't be good and is worried that he might do something rash (you can say that again!).

    In his room, you should have found the two books, and these give you an incling into what is wrong.

    Open the trapdoor and meet Vorman himself. He dies, and don't bother ressurecting him - you can't.

    Only task left - defeat his son!

    Hint - don't waste fatigue on desintegrate - it doesn't work! and be careful, because arachnids spawn rapidly, and infinitely - so concentrate on his son!
