nope, no skill trainers, you can buy found schematics at one of the shops I think (I cheated by making my own scenario with all the found schematics on the floor and picking them up, reading them all then quiting) mind you, I also make scenarios with 100000 dmg +100th bows and hordes of lvl 50 naked people to kill.
