Virgil and sogg mead bug cant use charged rings properly?

    I noticed that virgil and sogg mead mug only get +1 dex per charged ring instead of +2. My main character and jayna doesnt seem to have this problem...anyone else noticed this?

    It has to do with tech aptitude. Higher tech means you can use those technological items better than someone with lower aptitude. Virgil is more magickal, and Sogg I would think is more neutral, meaning both of them will not see the full benefit of the rings. Jayna only joins if your tech is high enough anyway, as she's also a technophile.
