    In the dialogue screen you can ask: "I would like to know a few things about you". That takes you to their character screen. Alas there is no easy way to see how the points were distributed. You'll have to figure that out yourself for each NPC by looking at their stats.

    You could also right click on their icon and that gives you the option to look at their inventory, stats, and issue commands...
