Vendigroth large gears

Did anyone found out what to do with the large gears that "-groth" is written on them?

 

I dragged them through the whole game and yet I did not encounter a place to use them. I didn't try having them in my inv while stepping on the altar in Vendigroth - perhpas that's what should be done with them. However I found no reference to them nor did any character I spoke to ever mentioned them.

You need them in Shrouded Hills - do the first job for Jongle Dunne, then talk to the "Constable" Owens...

No.... you gotta find the other half that says Vendi... then you get Vendigroth gears...and you can make stuff from them, or put them in one of the broken machines in vendigroth and ressurrect the whole town (like Arronax does if he survives in the end) It's a cool thing... they have something like a major reanimator that is set to work by the gears.

Where do you find The second half of the gears?and how do you combine the two halfs?

Yeah, when I write stuff first you gotta take assume the contrary, then reason a bit... and then still think whatever you were thinking.

 

Oh yeah, you find the second half on the island of Thantos... gotta run all around that sucker to find the place...it's always random and toc ombine them u must have 100 tech apt, smithy manual..mebe some other manuals... and then u just hit use on the Vendi- one and they become one.

 

Ioo, I don't believe that either...if I recall correctly, the rest of the letters on the gears are faded out, so it was legible at one time, therefore there are no other gears.

 

Why don't you skip more lines in front of your post like I did... it's even more gooder then you have now. Tit!..
