I think that in honor of Troika's memory someone (with the expirience) should make a large expansion for Arcanum. I hope this is a sick joke. :') Oh, and snobo, mathboy is part of the news staff.
Damn, I'm gone for some time and the very first thing I see after coming back is Troika's demise. Talk about good news for a good (re)start. Guess I should've bought Vampire and put it on a shelf till I have a computer good enough to run it on.
I really feel like getting blaspemous now, but It's illegal by norwegian law, so I'll restrain my self.
*sniff* I know it's been over 2 years since I've lasted posted (I had to search to find out which user name I was listed under) and I don't think anyone remembers me (hell I only got about 150 posts before I left), but that doesn't mean I still don't have a soft spot for Troika and Arcanum. I should've bought Vampires when I had the chance, but I guess it wouldn't have changed much. I saw the small tech demo at NMA and I can't believe that nobody would make a deal with them, the technology is amazing and they're led by the creators of Fallout, one of the best stories in a video game of all time. Guess it doesn't matter much anyways, I expect these forums to be dead soon (if not already), but I propose a toast: To Troika, may their fruits of labor be remembered some of the best games forever.
It the young gameplayer ourday that are killing great game company. My brother son who is 14 or 15 year old just play game to kill verything in sight or blow everything up. They donot understand that you donot need to kill everything in sight. Some brother and sister in the Islanist center went on to visit the Holy Cities of Medine and Mecca. They said the police in the two cities carry no firearm or billy club to handle the 2 million victor to the holy cities. They brought that water from the famous well in Mecca that have sweet tasteing water for the past 5000 year. They bottle it an sell it worldwide now.
