He'll probably just find in-game skill trainers, which I think he doesn't want. You want a game trainer, like software you run simultaneously along with Arcanum so you can go up in level real fast and whatnot? If so, I'm not sure there is one. Plenty of editors and hacks and stuff. Sorry I'm not writing because I have an answer, just to clear up the confusion. Is that what you want? If so, maybe now that people understand, they can help you.
Pftt, I for one have lost all desire to be of any help to this one. If you cannot speak English, at least be polite about it. Poor writing skills and intolerable rudeness will only get you a "look it up yourself, moron" reference.
