    how do i find the the tarantian thieve's underground? i have tried talking to the guy at 19 quilton bend and have already killed Lukan, so what do i do?

    If Lukan told you about the Underground, you can set up a meeting with the boss by talking to the guy loitering next to the Pettibone residence.

    Otherwise, if you complete Mrs. Pettibone's elven artifact quest the boss will be more than happy to see you.
