    I'm trying to obtain some tech items but I'm not sure if they can be found. The items are the following; Mind Marvel, Revitalizer and a "dose" of Hallucinite. One of each is enough.

    There is a dose of Hallucinate in a locked chest in Frederick T. Fitzgerald's apartment in Tarant.

    As far as I know, there are no Mind Marvels or Revitalisers in the game other than the ones the player creates himself.

    Also Mr. Black in Tarant carries Hallucinite. Otherwise I've got to echo Muro.
